The healing of the historical memory is an important condition for reconciliation in the Ukrainian society. For curing the past, it is important to rethink little-known history; one has to know and understand oneself and the Other. Dialogue is an effective form to achieve it. The ‘Dialogues in the Museum’ project involves the introduction of different methods of work on dialogues into the museum’s activities, in particular in the context of history and memories. It will provide the participants in our events with an opportunity to rethink the totalitarian past and change their historical consciousness.
The project involves using the methods suggested by the partner organizations, the ‘Foundations of Liberty’ Youth NGO and OWEN – the Academy of Gender Equality.
